“Enjoys fly fishing in Idaho”
As President for Braintree Hospitality with 20 years of experience in the lodging industry, Gary is responsible for the operation and profitability of brands and assets in our portfolio. This includes several full, focused, and select service brands that fall under Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. During his tenure, many of these properties have achieved the highest level of their respective brand recognitions such as Hilton’s Connie Award, Hampton’s Lighthouse, and La Quinta’s Franchise Hotel of the Year.
Gary has successfully managed a wide variety of hotels early in his career including Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and AmeriTel Inns (independent brand). His passion for the growth and the development of others has contributed to his success by helping those around him reach their fullest potential. During his tenure, he has successfully identified, trained and produced successful leaders who continue to excel in leadership positions in and out of the lodging industry. His ability to think outside the norm, coupled with his competitive nature and willingness to express his opinion has helped refine operational processes and continues to set new standards.
Service to the lodging industry, church, and community is an important part of Gary’s life. Most recently, Gary has been appointed to positions of President, Vice President, and Board Member of several Lodging and Restaurant Associations, and has filled similar roles throughout the state of Idaho. His contributions outside of his lodging focus includes community involvement in coaching Baseball, park and community cleanup services, church service including a church mission in Buenos Aires Argentina (1996-1998), Sunday School Teacher, and being a mentor to young men.
His dedication and passion carry over to nurturing his beautiful four children who reside with him in Boise, Idaho. Gary is an avid runner, fly fisherman, and outdoorsman. His love of landscapes and nature has taken him to great places and hopes for many more to follow.

As the Director of Revenue Manager / Regional Hotel Director for Braintree Hospitality, Jon is a self-described, blue-collar hospitality expert. Working from the ground up, he has achieved notoriety in the restaurant industry with the designation of Sommelier and in the lodging industry overseeing operations of multiple properties and brands. His hard work, sincere guest services, and charismatic connections with staff have been the staple of his success. Jon has driven increased revenues in all positions during his career and believes that is the ultimate goal.
During his youth, traveling the world as a dependent of an Air Force officer, Jon was blessed with the fortitude and diversity to be a good leader and to adapt quickly to his surroundings. Athletics and competition have always been a passion that he brings to his work. It is Jon’s enjoyment for the hospitality industry, appreciation of his staff, and commitment to clients that make him the perfect fit for Braintree Hospitality and its diverse portfolio of hotels.
Robby Sensibaugh
Regional Hotel Director
As a Regional Hotel Director of Braintree Hospitality, Robby Sensibaugh has over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He currently oversees the operations of 7 hotels, including properties in Arizona, Idaho, and Oregon. Robby truly has a passion for serving guests and employees.
Originally from Washington D.C., he began his career in the hotel industry in 1996 at the Renaissance Hotel working as a busser in their restaurant, while attending school and studying Hotel & Restaurant Management. Since then, he has served in several capacities at a verity of major hotel brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn & Suites. As a general manager for a total of 13 years, Robby led his teams to the success and achievement of 16 “Outstanding” quality assurance inspections, was nominated for General Manager of the Year (2013) and received an award for Excellence in Operational Leadership (2016). Additionally, Robby has played a vital role in helping his teams receive three of Hilton’s top recognitions, Connie Pride Award, Merit Award, and Award of Excellence in 2010, 2012, and 2013. These achievements are evidence of Robby’s strengths in strategic thinking, passion for continued learning, and genuine investment of those he works with.
Robby is blessed to have a wonderful and supportive family, including his wife Shannon, his son Isaiah and two dogs Miles & Kilometer. As a family they love to travel, hike, and enjoy all the amazing recreation Boise has to offer. In his spare time, he also loves gardening and training to compete in obstacle course racing throughout the country.
Lance Baptiste
Regional Hotel Director
Lance Baptiste is a Regional Hotel Director for Braintree Hospitality and was the former GM at Hilton Garden Inn, Boise. Lance moved to his new position as Regional Hotel Director in our Boise main office in April after working at our properties since 2017.
In his previous role, Lance has enjoyed collectively work as a team to ensure the space we provide feels like a home away from home for our guests.
“There is a lot that entails in the day-to-day operation of a hotel,” he said. “Recognizing the strengths of our team members, proper training, and teamwork are key factors to the success of each day.”
In Lance’s new role, he is responsible for promoting, leading, and supporting the hotel General Managers in communicating goals and expectations that embody the Braintree Hospitality service culture.
He is looking forward to traveling, exploring new cities, and building a rapport with his peers while working together in the continued success of our company.
La Quinta Inn & Suites Twin Falls
Erik Bingham
Regional Hotel Director / General Manager La Quinta Inn & Suites Twin Falls
Erik Bingham is the General Manager of the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Twin Falls, Idaho and was recently promoted to Regional Hotel Director for the LQ Twin Falls, Boise Spectrum Hampton Inn & Suites, and the Boise Spectrum Hilton Garden Inn. Erik will remain the General manager while taking on duties as the Regional Hotel Director.
His favorite part about working in the hospitality industry is the constant interaction with people, along with a sprinkle of administrative tasks.
“I enjoy the ever-changing environment from dealing with a variety of guests and staff to being inventive on how to handle or resolve issues that may arise,” Erik said.
In his new role, Erik is excited to work with other great management staff throughout the company, as well as learn new insights into the various brands that Braintree Hospitality operates.
What are Erik’s favorite memories working with the Braintree team?
“I thoroughly enjoyed working with the corporate staff during the acquisition of the River’s Edge Portland location,” Erik said. “I also was very happy to get to know some of my fellow managers on a more personal level during the GM Retreat this past spring.”
Evan Danziger
Regional Hotel Director
Evan Danziger is a Regional Hotel Director at Braintree Hospitality. Evan began his hospitality career as a busser in a restaurant at Doubletree Hotel in Dallas at the age of 15. He worked through the ranks and became General Manager of Embassy Suites at the Denver Airport, and The Statler Dallas, where he assisted in transforming the hotel to be part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
As Regional Hotel Director, he aims to provide outstanding leadership and the support each property needs to ensure the highest results, both financially and in customer service. Always focused on the bigger picture, Evan holds high expectations for himself and his team.
He will be working with the River’s Edge Hotel in Portland, Oregon, DoubleTree Farmers Branch in Dallas, Texas, Tru in Gilbert, Arizona, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport.
Outside of the office, Evan can be found spending time with his family, playing with his dogs, fishing, and golfing.
