Charles W. Everett


As the President of Braintree Hospitality, Chuck has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Starting in 1988 with Boise-based AmeriTel Inns, Inc, Chuck learned the hospitality industry from the ground up. Chuck began his hospitality experience managing a Best Western hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. After 10 successful years as a General Manager, he moved to Boise, Idaho and took over as Operations Manager for AmeriTel Inns, Inc. In 2010, Chuck was promoted to President Operations and Corporate Officer. When Braintree Hospitality purchased 8 hotels from AmeriTel Inns, Inc., Chuck continued his career with Braintree as President.

Chuck’s primary experience has been focused on creating, converting and building new branded and independently branded hotels. Under his watch, all of the branded hotels he has managed have won Hilton or La Quinta brand awards related to both financial and operational performance. These awards include the Hilton Garden Inn Connie Award for three consecutive years (Hilton Garden Inn, Salt Lake City) and the La Quinta Franchise Hotel Of The Year (Twin Falls, ID).

As the founder and past President of the Associated Innkeepers of Idaho, and Past President and Vice President of the Idaho Lodging and Restaurant Association, as well as a registered lobbyist in the State of Idaho, Chuck has successfully managed several political campaigns related to protecting the interests of the hospitality industry in Idaho.

Chuck and his wonderful wife Wendy have been married for 20 years and have four amazing children. Chuck is blessed with a supportive family that understands the demands of the Hospitality Industry. He is also an avid golfer and hunts big game and upland birds. Chuck is well-known for being a HUGE Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan, as well as a Boise State Bronco football fan. Go Big Red!
